Shipping Policy

Catapult Games ships from Adelaide, Australia both domestically and internationally. We are always looking for the best and most inexpensive methods to ship your products to you. Please see our curent shipping policy below:

Shipping

Within

Australia

For deliveries within Australia, we use different courier and postal services such as Australia Post, and Sendle. In case of incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense. We combine shipping on orders with multiple products. Please get in touch if you find the postage/shipping prices are not what you expect and we'll do our best to get the shipping prices down!

International
Shipping

For deliveries outside Australia, we typically use Australia Post but will sometimes use a different carrier depending on the size of the order or other factors.  In case of incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping costs incurred will be at the customer’s expense. We combine shipping on orders with multiple products. Please get in touch if you find the postage/shipping prices are not what you expect and we'll do our best to get the shipping prices down!

Failed
Deliveries

If an item fails to be delivered to you due to non-attendance, the courier will take the package back to their depot and issue a delivery attempt card. The customer is responsible for going to the depot and collecting their goods within a timely manner. If the goods are not collected within a timely manner (usually 2 weeks), the goods will be returned to us and Catapult Games may be charged an additional fee. In case of this, we will try to contact you and make arrangements to deliver the package again. The additional charges incurred due to re-shipping will be forwarded to you.

Order Processing

Time

Smaller items such as bases are usually in stock and will typically ship same or next business day. Larger items such as HEXTECH terrain will typically ship within 1 business week unless otherwise communicated.

Order
Pick-Ups

Unfortunately onsite pickups of your order are not available at this time.

Tracking Deliveries

If you choose a tracked shipping service at checkout, a tracking number will automatically be provided to you after an order has shipped, and you will also receive an email confirming your tracking number. 

AusPost Large Letter is an untracked service and Catapult Games takes no responsibility for the delivery of items shipped with this method. That said, we have shipped hundreds of orders using AusPost Large Letter and it's extremely rare to have any issues with the delivery.
