Catapult Games prides itself on producing high quality, durable products, but if you have an issue with your order, Please see our current returns & warranty policy below:

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for any product or service if you simply change your mind. If you place an order and wish to change it before it is dispatched, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to amend the order.

Defective Products

Defective products may need to be returned to Catapult Games for a refund or replacement.  

Any product found to be defective due to misuse will NOT be refunded and the costs of returning the product to the customer is the responsibility of the customer.
Any product found to be defective by Ca
tapult Games will be refunded in full or replaced.

Returns Process

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return the printed item must have a defect or not be as ordered. As with all 3D printed products small blemishes, layer lines etc are not considered defects and will not be grounds for a replacement. If you ever have any issues with your product quality, please get in contact with us!

To start a return, you can contact us

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
